
Love blossoms fast and sure in the music of American composer Richard Rodgers! His legendary songwriting partnerships with Moss Hart and Oscar Hammerstein II produced over 900 songs and 43 Broadway musicals. The Meadows Opera Theatre pays tribute to him in scenes from some his most popular works, including South Pacific, Oklahoma!, The Sound of Music, Carousel, State Fair, Cinderella, The King and I, Babes in Arms, The Boys from Syracuse and others as well as songs from the Broadway hits Once Upon a Mattress by his daughter Mary Rodgers and The Light in the Piazza by his grandson Adam Guettel.
